Wedding planning is stressful enough without having to do all of the work required to plan and execute the travel portion of a destination wedding. We love the fact that we can take that one major thing off the table for our couples. This leaves our couples focused on the ceremony and reception, as well as, enjoying the fun of finding the right wedding garments and celebrating at all the parties with friends and family prior to the big day.

My husband and I wanted to do a destination wedding in Mexico and a friend suggested we get a travel agent to help with transportation, etc. Honestly, I hadn’t thought about it until then, and we were having a long engagement, so I thought that having a travel agent wasn’t NEEDED. BOY WAS I WRONG. Between having to change hotels because of a 4-day Phish concert that was overlapping our wedding day, to figuring out transportation, to negotiating room prices, Tina was absolutely essential to our wedding. She was always upfront about any issues or pricing that arose, kept us in the loop the entire time, and kept us calm through it all. We will totally be using her again if we have the chance. If you either don’t have the time to do all the planning for a trip (I mean, who does?), or have a big party all coming together (we had people fly in from TX, WA, NM, and NC), use Tina!
Karla was very responsive and accommodating to all 30 guests traveling for our wedding helping coordinator payments with the resort, airfare, airport transfers and not to mention last minute changes. Karla provided just enough resorts to choose from without getting overwhelmed looking at too many and helped us find the perfect one! Karla assisted with communication to the resort if there were ever additional questions. We chose Akumal Beach Bay Resort and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding thanks to Karla for the great suggestion!
We cannot recommend Karla Germann enough! She was absolutely instrumental in planning our destination wedding in Mexico, and we truly don’t know how we would’ve done it without her. From the very beginning, Karla guided us through the overwhelming process of choosing the right resort. Her in-depth knowledge of the area, resort amenities, beaches, and especially the various wedding venues helped us make an informed decision we felt confident about—and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Karla didn’t just help us—she helped our entire guest list. She created a beautiful and informative wedding website that included all the important details about the resort and our big day. She personally communicated with each of our guests, helping them book their travel, answering their questions, and even handling their travel insurance. She also coordinated transportation to and from the airport for everyone, which made the experience seamless and stress-free for our guests.
Tina is so amazing honestly!! I don’t think we could’ve handled the stress she took out of planning a destination wedding with over 90 people and getting them booked for rooms and flights seamlessly!! She helped us pick the perfect resort that had everything we were wanting and needing! Honestly if you are looking for a travel agent she’s your girl!!!!
